How to Disable Lock Out Chip For An NES (Region Free NES)

This is a Tutorial, On how to make a region free Nintendo entertainment system. (Make NES play pal and NTCS) find Chip 3193A and find the 4th pin on the left hand side near the blue coils. Remove or pull back the pin and your NES Will play Pal and NTCS games.
